We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced real estate professional to join our team as a Real Estate Partner Agent. This position offers remote work opportunities while also requiring availability at our Tysons office when needed. The compensation includes a base salary plus bonuses amounting from $50,000 - $100,000+.

Responsibilities

Listing side:

- Coordinate pre-listing activities including staging and photography
- Prepare MLS listings marketing write-up
- Assist in preparing listing documents
- Support Lead Agent from contract ratification through post-closing

Buyer side:

- Prospect new business
- Reach out promptly with all leads
- Organize legal documents

General:

Maintain CRM daily for all contacts and leads
Coordinate with industry partners: agents, clients home inspectors etc.
Schedule appointments in appropriate calendars
First point of contact in handling customer inquiries

Qualifications

Active Virginia Real Estate license (Minimum 2 years)
Listing/Buying experience (Minimum 2 years)
Bachelor degree desired
