Job responsibilities Planning and organization of reading activities: Plan and develop a book club activity plan based on the age, interests, and reading level of students. Organize and implement various reading activities, including reading sharing sessions, thematic discussions, and writer meetings. Supervise the progress of activities, ensure smooth progress, and promptly handle unexpected situations. Reading guidance and tutoring: Recommend high-quality reading materials suitable for their age group to students and guide them to engage in in-depth reading. Answer the questions students encounter during the reading process, and provide guidance on reading methods and techniques. Regularly conduct reading tests or reports to evaluate students' reading outcomes and provide feedback. Club management and maintenance: Responsible for the daily management of the book club, including member recruitment, activity recording, and data organization. Maintain the order and atmosphere of the club, ensuring that members actively participate and enjoy the pleasure of reading. Establish and maintain communication channels for the club, promoting communication and cooperation among members.
