If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something big, apply now and let's build a better tomorrow together! **Additional Information:** + **Hourly Compensation Range** : $18.05 - $21.10 + **1st Shift** : Monday - Thursday, 6:12am-4:42pm. Overtime as required. + Relocation assistance is NOT available for this position. **What you will do:** + Align and secure engine components according to work instructions + Install gaskets, seals, bearings, hoses, covers, and visual components + Ensure parts and materials used in assembly are defect-free + Assist in problem-solving and improvement initiatives across departments + Verify alignment of engine components using schematics and part prints + Inspect parts and materials for quality defects + Conduct audits and quality inspections to address known defects + Perform torque audits, leak tests, and visual inspections on engines + Submit and support resolution of C.P.S. Continuous Improvement cards + Adhere to standard operating procedures and area-specific instructions + Provide process information to supervisors and managers + Occasionally participate in training and development + Perform any other assigned duties **What you will have:** + Minimum of 2 months' experience in a machining, manufacturing, or warehouse environment or industry certification + Ability to work well with others + Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English + General knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint + Ability to adhere to safety procedures **What would make you a top candidate:**   + Previous experience reading and interpreting part prints and/or schematics + Previous experience assembling engines, engine components, and/or generators + Previous experience rigging and derigging engines + Previous experience with Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Work **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time + Ability to perform repetitive operations + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. _We are committed to ensuring a supportive and accommodating work environment for all employees.
