Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Performance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating maintenance and operational performance metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with key stakeholders to track performance, optimize best practices, and support data-driven decision-making across various manufacturing sites.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to provide insights on key business metrics.
  • Develop and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards for management
  • Monitor and assess the efficiency of internal processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and track performance KPIs.
  • Stay up to date on AI and other digital technologies
  • Assist in designing and implementing data collection processes and performance measurement tools.
  • Summarize findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and competitive analysis to assess industry standards and best practices.
  • Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment to proactively address potential performance and maintenance gaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technologies, financial analytics, statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial analysis or operational performance metrics is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific performance benchmarks and best practices is a plus.
