Job Title:  Order Management Specialist

Location:   Houston, TX

Pay: $58,000 - $65,000 / year

About our client:  Addison Group is partnering with a manufacturing company to hire an Order Management Specialist. 

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders using our ERP/Order Entry system (training provided).
• Coordinate order fulfillment, including expediting and logistics with our factory in Korea.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding order status, delays, and resolutions.
• Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and operational goals.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Korean.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and general data management.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in order processing, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
