Job Requirements:\

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree\
Graduate of an Accredited Nephrology Training Program\
Board Certification in Internal Medicine\
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Nephrology\
Ability to obtain medical license in Connecticut\
\
