About the Role: 

This role is designed for both experienced and new agents eager to learn, grow, and develop their careers in insurance sales with the support and resources of Unified Growth Partners. You can expect leads support, training, and ongoing guidance to help you succeed. We are looking for ambitious individuals with a passion for helping clients find suitable healthcare plans. Candidates should be proactive and willing to leverage Unified Growth Partners’ expertise and tools to meet and exceed goals. 

What You Will Do: 

Lead Utilization and Engagement: Engage and convert leads provided by Unified Growth Partners, focusing on understanding client needs and recommending appropriate plans. 

Sales Training and Development: Participate in training programs and ongoing development to build sales skills and product knowledge. 

Client Guidance: Educate clients on their healthcare and financial service options and provide information to assist them in making informed decisions. 

Goal Achievement: Work to meet or exceed sales goals, with guidance from senior team members and leadership. 

Market and Product Knowledge: Gain familiarity with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and tradition insurance products to better serve clients.

Licensing Requirement: Active health and life insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of joining Unified Growth Partners. 

Educational Requirement: A High School diploma or GED. Advanced education preferred. 

• Spanish fluency desired.

This is a remote, contract position requiring a reliable internet connection, reliable transportation and occasional availability for evening or weekend engagements to meet client needs.
