MasterCAM Programmer and CNC Machinist - pay is $35 hourly

• 1+ years of 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis MasterCAM programming experience and 1+ years of CNC machining experience are required to be considered
• 1+ years of experience saving and downloading the MasterCAM program and/or transferring the MasterCAM program from one CNC machine to another is also a requirement
• Pay is up to $35 hourly
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
• This position is onsite and not remote
• Full-time, permanent W-2 employee
• Full benefits
• No relocation
• Located in the Franksville, Wisconsin area

This full time, permanent MasterCAM Programmer and CNC Machinist is at an employee-owned, debt-free machined metal product job shop. The company has consistent growth and has not had a layoff since 2008. Employee tenure is ten years as the employees are valued and treated like family. Employees are not bored here as there is a lot of variety to the work a person can be doing. Employee career growth is unlimited here. Several of the members of the top management of the company started as laborers on the shopfloor.

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Programming MasterCAM at the machine or on a computer
• Saving and downloading the MasterCAM program and transferring the MasterCAM program from one CNC machine to another
• Operating CNC machines

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• 1+ years of 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis MasterCAM programming experience
• 1+ years of CNC machining experience
• 1+ years of experience saving and downloading the MasterCAM program and transferring the MasterCAM program from one CNC machine to another
• 1+ years of G&M experience
• 1+ years of GD&T experience
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45-minutes
