Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.).
Create and manage content for the website, social media, emails, and marketing materials.
Coordinate social media activities, including scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance.
Organize and promote events, webinars, and product launches.
Maintain and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email templates.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies.
Track and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Manage relationships with external vendors and marketing partners.
What We're Looking ForRequired:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, and Adobe Suite.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
Experience in the utility industry (electric, gas, water, or telecom).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social media advertising.
Experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Background in email marketing and automation platforms.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work across U.S. time zones as needed.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
