* Implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. * Ensure proper operations of all manufacturing equipment within the compounding, filling, and packaging areas. * Troubleshooting and repair of minor mechanical problems. * Perform equipment set-up and change-over for scheduled production. * Utilize specialized equipment for in-process testing such as scales, PH meters, oxygen meters, dissolved oxygen meters, and filter integrity testing. * Perform basic arithmetic calculations including calculations for gross, net, and total weights. Calculations for percentages and ratios will be needed. * Auto or hand case packing/tray wrapping and pallet stacking of all products, ensuring proper operation of packing equipment. * Perform outgoing inspection per batch record requirements. * Maintain a clean work environment following aseptic technique. Follow ISO 7 and ISO 5 gowning requirements. * Accurately document production processes in the batch record following Good Documentation Practices; reviewing batch records for completeness and accuracy.
