Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Henderson, KY. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of our equipment. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery to support our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with the production team to address equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs and control systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
