Litigation Paralegal/ Legal Secretary job at Gpac Pasadena, TX, US

Job Description

A premier boutique litigation firm with an office in the Pasadena area of Los Angeles is looking for a friendly and collaborative paralegal/legal assistant for litigation and administrative support. This is a 4 day in office and 1 day at home position.

Qualifications

- At least 3+ years of paralegal experience

- Able to operate in a fast-paced litigation environment and support multiple attorneys along with other support staff

- Able to balance competing needs of several attorneys and cases

- Friendly and cooperative attitude, flexible, team player

- Organized, detail-oriented

- Excellent communications skills

- Advance knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Reader is absolutely required

- Knowledge of Concordance or other document review platforms is a plus
