Requirements:
Lifeguard certification, CPR/AED/FA; or willing to take the class. Strong Swimmer Ability to remain alert, focused, and able to respond quickly under pressure Communication skills and a willingness to interact with members of the public and guests Ability to work independently and as part of a team Leadership and customer service abilities 15 years or older Build Skills that go far beyond the pool:Skills in CPR & First Aid, Leadership, Emergency Response, Risk Management,
Teamwork, Responsibility, Situational Awareness
