Experienced and passionate Licensed Esthetician "The career you're looking for!" We have added to our office and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team. You will have the freedom to help run and grow our spa and treat it like "your baby"! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to clients while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various aesthetic procedures, maintaining high standards of sanitation and contributing to overall client experience. Would also need experience with marketing and promoting as well. We are looking for a motivated Esthetician with business knowledge who can grow our practice and build good patient rapport. Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and tools in accordance with industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans and aftercare instructions.
• Manage social media to promote services, products, events and engage with clients online.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics and bring new services as you see fit.
• Deliver excellent hospitality to enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in various esthetic techniques including Diamond Glow Facials, Opus Plasma skin resurfacing, Red light therapy, IPL laser and cellulite reduction, assist Dr. Clark with Botox, Dysport and Dermal Fillers.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Manage social media platforms for marketing purposes.
• A passion for beauty and wellness, along with a commitment to continuous learning in the field.
• Maintain a full schedule, be available for some evenings or weekends.
• Manage supplies and product with a budget.
• Work closely with Dr. Clark to grow the spa.
