Certifications: Relevant certifications in python, PL/SQL, or Java are a plus.
The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams and managing the development and delivery of projects using python, PL/SQL, and Java. The role involves overseeing the technical architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor technical teams in the development and implementation of software solutions using python, pl/sql, and java.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Design and implement scalable and high-performance software applications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.
Skill Requirements
• Proficient in python programming language with experience in developing and implementing python based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of pl/sql for database development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience in java programming for building enterprise applications and web services.
• Ability to lead and manage technical teams, prioritize tasks, and drive project delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
