Internal Medicine Physician
Join a thriving primary and specialty care organization with offices located in the heart of Manhattan! We are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to provide exceptional care to our diverse patient community.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time opportunities available.
• Hours/Shifts:
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sundays (rotations) : 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Optional)

Requirements

Requirements:

• MD/DO Degree
• B/C in Internal Medicine
• NYS MD License
• Preferred that you are credentialed in Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial Insurances

Scope/Setting :

• To provide PCP new and follow-up appointments (typical primary care: annual exams, cold, STD, employer-related forms, clearances, etc.)
• To provide Specialty Care initial evaluations (Cardiology, Neurology, Sleep Medicine, Pain Management, GI, Sleep Medicine, etc.).
• Outpatient setting
• No following patients in the hospitals
• No calling / ”on-call”

Setting/Logistics :

• EHR System : Athena Health (similar to EPIC)
• No Psych / Pain Medication Management
• Support : Pharmacy, records, authorization support provided by staff members
• Clinical Staff/MA/Scribes will start patient engagement. Histories, Problem and Medication Lists, ROS, HPIs are done prior to seeing provider. All subjective elements of chart, vitals, routine tests are completed/done by staff
• MD will concentrate on exam and A&P

Benefits

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay: $300K per year or $125/hr (1099).  Estimated Full Time Annually (w/Bonus): $280,000-$300,000
