The Inpatient Diagnostic Imaging Manager reports directly to the Radiology Director. This role works closely with modality leads, medical directors, and interdisciplinary teams to uphold clinical quality standards and improve patient outcomes. In the Director’s absence, the manager assumes additional leadership responsibilities while actively leading a team of 70 FTEs, including Imaging Supervisors and experienced Rad Techs across all modalities.
The Diagnostic Imaging department features advanced technologies and a skilled team of professionals who perform a high volume of procedures. The Inpatient Diagnostic Imaging Manager will be involved in evaluating staff competencies, developing training programs, and updating policies to reflect current operational needs.
