Job Details: As a Home Furnishing Consultant, you will be a key part of our customer experience. 

Your role will focus on bringing your energetic and friendly personality to help build relationships with clients, helping them find the perfect furniture, mattresses and décor to match their home and style needs. You’ll work in a supportive environment where your success is celebrated, and there are no limits to your growth.

Earnings & Growth Potential:

• Top performer earned over $150,000 at Regency Management Services
• Top performers make over $100,000 annually
• First year Home Furnishing Consultants, with no experience earn over $45,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their furniture needs, offering personalized product recommendations
• Passion for connecting with customers while discovering their preferences and offer tailored solutions
• Stay up to date on product features, design trends, and store promotions across our four brands
• Help maintain a visually appealing store by ensuring that displays are organized and on-brand
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance

Qualifications:

• Cheerful, friendly, professional demeanor
• A passion for customer service and a talent for building relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Retail Sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language
• Bilingual a plus!
