Job Description

We have a large tech client who is looking for a GTM sourcer. This role is remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full time. The responsibilities for this position include:

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, including sales, marketing, and customer success positions
• Utilize various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and professional networks to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements and target candidate profiles
• Conduct initial screenings of potential candidates to assess their

  qualifications

  and interest in open positions
• Analyze sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales sourcing or recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting and/or sourcing for account executives.
• Accustomed to high-volume sourcing
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Greenhouse
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing targets
• Experience with Boolean search techniques and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter usage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
