Internship Programs at CommScope

As CommScope designs and builds connectivity for the world's most advanced networks, we're also building something equally as important: careers for forward-thinking, innovative college students like you! Our summer internship program is designed to provide you with invaluable work experience through meaningful projects that will help you grow and develop both personally and professionally.

Throughout the 12-week program, you will collaborate with some of the industry's best professionals, receive on-the-job training, and participate in professional development workshops, an executive speaker series, and other networking and social events.

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World

As a Global Planning Intern, you will be responsible for various projects as part of the Connectivity and Cable Solutions organization. You will work closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Distribution Planning to enhance S&OP process documentation and develop execution strategies. This role will be based in Shakopee, MN or Catawba, NC five days a week.

 

You Will Make an Impact By

  • Teaming with our Planning Center of Excellence to develop and detail an S&OP Playbook
  • Working with Supply Planning to review and right-size inventories in international locations
  • Military-affiliated candidates encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, and Guard/Reservists)

Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management from an accredited university
  • Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysisMust possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
