Prosper Ford is DFWs newest Ford Dealership and growing fast! We are looking for positive people who enjoy helping others and strive in customer service. Must have a great attitude, big smile and work well with others. Bilingual is a plus but not necessary. All training is done on site and position is full time. Looking to fill the position quickly, feel free to come in and interview on the spot!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1 Position is currently open
• Answer dealership group phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
• Help the accounting office with Misc task or duties

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and positive demeanor
• Professional presentation
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• A professional appearance
