Job Summary

Summary: Report to Frictionless Markets Management for 310 Provisions at Intuit Dome. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service, and market stand facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Point of Sales. 
• Enters all sales in AiF to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Makes changes on iPad to ensure fan includes payment card in the Intuit Dome App.
• Follows standard procedures for issuing frictionless transaction disputes. 
• Interacts with fans and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Observes customer purchases in the stand line and differentiates between standard portions.
• Replenishes and stocks condiments, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Keeps beverage case stocked.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory procedures.
• Ensures compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
