Charles and Shreyas met when Palantir Technologies and Freddie Mac worked together on reducing losses for the US taxpayer during the Great Financial Crisis. Vontive, Inc. has a track record of originating $1.5+ billion of residential transition loans (RTL) to real estate investors through its proprietary loan origination software (LOS). Vontive, Inc. is venture capital-backed and has raised Series A and B venture rounds with participation from 8VC, Goldcrest Capital, Founders Fund, and Zigg Capital.
