About Job
We are seeking an Entry Level Events Associate to join the MAD Events team and support our live promotions and brand experiences across Louisville. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, bringing energy to in-person events, and building a long-term career with growth.
Responsibilities
Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live marketing events.
Engage customers, answer questions, and represent client brands with professionalism.
Provide product information and help guide customer interest.
Support event flow, maintain organized displays, and contribute to team goals.
Work closely with event leads to ensure successful daily performance.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people.
Dependable, energetic, and able to adapt in fast-paced event environments.
No experience needed — full paid training provided.
Pay & Benefits
$39.500 –$49.000 per year (base salary).
Weekly pay.
