Dealer Trade Administrator

The Gerald Auto Group Accounting Office has an immediate opening for a Full Time Dealer Trade Administrator in the North Aurora Auto Mall.  This position will process dealer trade paperwork for multiple locations. We can’t wait to add a great, hard-working person to our team!

Job responsibilities

• Prioritize and process dealer trade paperwork on a daily basis.
• Issue and receipt checks for dealer trades.
• Prepare and check in new car CO/MSOs.
• Manage receivable, payment, and intercompany schedules.
• Work closely with management to resolve discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

The ideal candidate must have good communication and organizational skills.  Effective time management and prioritization skills are also essential to success in this role.  Dealership experience is a substantial plus, but not required for consideration.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience.

• Pay range for this position: $ 17.00 - $21.00
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education.
• Available Benefits include medical insurance with HSA options that include employer contribution to your HSA.  Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance.
• Paid Maternity Leave
• PTO after 90 days of employment
• Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service
