this position is needed to work with the transition from Salesforce to MS Dynamics platform. They must have worked with Dynamics for at least 2 years. The team does not have time to train up the contractors. Need for them to know Dynamics already. This position will not configure in the platform to start.

They likely will start by running test cases. As they get familiar with things they would move to writing test cases and then eventually writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Qualifications:

• 5+ years overall analyst experience
• Microsoft Dynamics Experience: Minimum  of 2 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Demonstrated thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 platform terminology and functionality, including sales, service, customer insights, marketing, and project operations modules.
• Agile Experience: Fluent in agile practices and methodologies. 
• Must have used Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
• Skilled in troubleshooting, testing, designing
• Experience with writing user stories
• Automation testing tool experience, ability to write test scripts
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is advantageous.
