Creative Leadership: Conceptualize and execute innovative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives that reflect the brand’s personality and engage customers. Copywriting Excellence: Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and in-store communications. Brand Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and maintain the brand’s voice and messaging across all touchpoints. Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of creatives, fostering an environment of collaboration and inspiration. Market Insight: Understand market trends and consumer behavior to inform creative strategies and ensure relevance in the QSR space. Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and timely delivery. Who you are: Experience: 8+ years in copywriting or creative roles, with a strong background in the food and beverage or QSR sectors. Previous leadership experience is a plus. Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful copy and creative concepts. Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate insights into compelling storytelling. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a flair for creativity and innovation. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and inspire a team while working cross-functionally. What we offer:
