Job Description

1. Bachelor's degree or above; fluent in Japanese with a working level proficiency, proficient in English, willing to reside in Japan for development, and having a permanent residency visa for Japan is a plus.
2. Over 3 years of experience in consulting pre-sales or delivery management in the automotive/IT/consulting industry, with familiarity in the overall automotive industry or a specific field preferred.
3. Strong business insight with excellent business comprehension and logical analysis skills.
4. Outstanding understanding, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Good teamwork ability, active thinking, and strong proactive learning capabilities. 1. Communicate deeply with clients to establish and promote cooperation plans under strategic partnerships.

1. Expand business by accurately identifying client consultation needs and exploring suitable project leads and opportunities.
2. Assist in project portfolio management by coordinating project plans and clients with the department director, and connect with domestic project teams to enhance client satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with domestic functional teams to promote and implement tasks related to the operation management of the Japan subsidiary.
