Community Health Nurse (Maternal and Child Focus)

Pay: $900 weekly 

Responsibilities:

• Collect and record health data, including vital signs, for maternal and child patients.
• Administer immunizations according to state guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in the EHR system.
• Ensure compliance with patient privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Register and schedule patients, conducting financial interviews as needed.
• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Travel between clinical locations as required to provide services.

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficient in EHR and Microsoft Office applications.
