• Perform collision repairs, including frame straightening, welding, filling, sanding.
• Assess damaged vehicles and provide accurate repair estimates.
• Work closely with insurance adjusters, estimators to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in a clean and functional condition.
• Ensure all repairs meet industry quality standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Collision/Body Shop Technician or similar role Must have a minimum of 3 years of collision experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
