Key Responsibilities

Setup & Operation:

• Set up and operate CNC Lathes or Milling machines , ensuring all parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Blueprint Interpretation:

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications to determine part dimensions, processes, and setup requirements.

Process Optimization:

• Develop efficient machining processes, select appropriate tools, and implement programming techniques to produce parts of the highest quality.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members, assisting operators and machinists to ensure smooth and efficient production workflows.

Quality Control:

• Inspect your own work with precision, troubleshoot production issues, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a CNC Machinist with strong expertise in turning or milling operations; job shop experience preferred .
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with various metals and materials, with experience maintaining tight tolerances.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address machining challenges with minimal supervision.
• Quality Focus: Proven ability to inspect parts accurately, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
