What We're Looking For (Here's where you come in!):
Active BCBA Certification: We need someone with a current BCBA certification to lead the charge.
Caseload Management: Ability to manage a caseload while delivering high-quality, billable services.
1 Year of Clinical Experience: Experience with client program development, managing moderate to severe behaviors, and working in various service delivery settings.
Supervision Skills: Lead and supervise a clinical team to maintain clinical quality standards.
Progress Monitoring: Track client progress, conduct assessments, provide parent training, and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
Team Collaboration: Provide ongoing feedback to the team on treatment development and implementation.
Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct assessments to understand client needs and create tailored ABA programs.
Report Writing: Complete behavioral health treatment plans for your caseload.
Commitment to Growth: Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development.
Spanish Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus!
