### What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Public Accounting, specializing in tax and financial statement preparation.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

### Position Details:
- Full-time, onsite role in West Lawn, PA (Monday-Friday schedule).
- This position requires prior experience; new graduates are not eligible.
- Remote work is not available for this role.
