Job Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age or older
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and team-player mentality

Responsibilities

• Complete Zaxby’s Front of House Development Plan & training
• Provide enthusiastic, friendly guest service
• Greet guests promptly, explain menu items, and suggest additional items
• Cashier-Specific:
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system
• Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments responsibly
• Balance tills and maintain receipts properly
• Maintain speed and accuracy during busy rushes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment (dining room, counters, bathrooms, exterior)
• Stock and organize paper goods, condiments, and beverages
• Package and present guest orders accurately
• Support all assigned daily tasks
