SalesBizLab We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will handle a variety of inquiries and issues related to our products and services, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our company.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: New Jersey

Responsibilities: 

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and implementing effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions and updates in the customer relationship management system.
• Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
