Job Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular market research to analyze industry trends, competitor dynamics and customer needs, and provide data support for the company to formulate business development strategies. Evaluate potential market opportunities and develop market expansion plans for the company. Business Development: Identify and develop potential customers and reach sales targets through effective sales techniques. Follow up on business opportunities, from initial contact to contract signing, to ensure smooth business closure. Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and improve sales performance. Customer relationship management: Maintain existing customer relationships, communicate with customers on a regular basis, understand customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions. Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of customer projects. Handle customer complaints, solve customer problems and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Contract Management: Responsible for contract drafting, negotiation, signing and supervision and management during execution. Follow up on contract payments to ensure that the company's rights and interests are not jeopardized. Cross-departmental collaboration: Maintain close communication with product, technology, marketing and other departments to ensure effective docking between business needs and internal resources. Participate in the planning and implementation of the company's major projects to contribute to the company's business development. Team Building and Training: Recruit, train and coach sales team members to improve overall team performance and professional skills. Develop incentive mechanism and assessment system for the sales team to stimulate the team's potential.
