About Us:

Our company is looking for a Bistro Server to join our team. We are a family owned and operated company with local owners in the North Carolina area. We pride ourselves on providing excellent services to our internal and external guests. We are located off Eastchester/68 past the MacDonald's and Chili's around the loop, close to the Target and across from the old Oak Hollow mall

Responsibilities:

• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system;
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials;
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner;
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times;
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations;
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be caring, compassionate and enjoys working with people;
• Must have a positive outlook and good problem solving skills;
• Must maintain excellent attendance;
• Must be a team player;
• Maintains neat, professional appearance;
• Must have reliable transportation.

Bonus Points:

• Food Handlers Certificate.
• Prior Bistro experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Cash register experience.
• Marriott training.
• Open to cross train on PM Shift is available.

Compensation:

· $13.00–14.00/hr. Plus tips – Full-time (5 days/week) with no schedule limitations.

· Compensation is negotiable based on your experience and availability.

Work Schedule:

· Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts when business demands.

· Work requires standing for extended periods

· Flexibility is a must – hospitality never sleeps!

. All requests are considered but during peak season we require all hands on deck.

• Be able to reach, bend, and stoop.
• Ability to push/pull 75 pounds.
• Ability work under pressure.
• Ability think critically and quickly on your feet.
