Extreme Loans in Southfield is hiring new Loan Officer Associates!
This is an inside sales role and a fantastic opportunity for motivated sales pros to jump-start their careers with the potential for a six-figure income.

No mortgage experience necessary! Paid training is provided, with direct access to our expert in-house Training Director. We will also help you get licensed in any of the 32 states we do business in, paving your way towards becoming a fully licensed Loan Officer!

We are seeking bilingual candidates (Arabic preferred) to better serve our diverse client base. Both part-time and full-time positions are available. This is an in-office role with hourly pay and commission . Hourly pay will depend on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior loan officers as you help guide clients through the mortgage application process.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, gathering necessary documentation to file and close their loans.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every step of the loan process.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to keep your skills sharp and stay updated on industry best practices.
• Advise borrowers on their financial status and payment methods.
• Achieve and surpass all goals and assigned objectives.
• Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans.
• Make every effort to help resolve client issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous mortgage experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual candidates (Arabic preferred) are strongly encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of demonstrated success in a sales environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Comfortable building rapport with clients over the phone.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives.
• Professional and effective interpersonal skills.
• Must be coachable and willing to learn new things.
