Flatstick Pub's new location in Redmond is hiring!
We are looking for candidates that can create a welcoming and exciting customer experience and who have a passion for local beer. Bartending and experience with local beers and ciders is a plus, but not required. Must be 21 and over to apply.
ABOUT FLATSTICK:
There are only two rules at Flatstick Pub: drink local and have fun. We’re mixing up the scene by combining local beers with an indoor 9-hole mini golf course and other fun games. Our 30+ rotating taps feature local beers, ciders, and wines. For more info, check out our website at

We love to have fun at Flatstick! We are a team and treat each other like so. We expect everyone who works for Flatstick Pub to be coach-able and open-minded. We try to create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for everyone who enters through our doors. While we enjoy having fun with each other, we expect every staff member to be responsible, respectful, self-motivated, and a great representative of Flatstick Pub.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES for the BEERTENDER position include the following:
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and positive attitude
• Provide consistent positive and approachable customer service
• Comfortable speaking about different styles of beer and cider
• Restock bar and golf items
• Bus and clean tables
• Stock inventory and ice when needed
• Help run tee times for mini golf
• Replace empty beer kegs in the beer cooler
• Stock glasses behind the bars
• Check and clean bathrooms throughout the day
• Responsible for daily tasks and side work
• Employees are occasionally asked to climb, balance, kneel, or crouch
• Employees are occasionally asked to help lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds
• Other duties as assigned.
