Position: Full-Time / Part-Time

We’re looking for a Coffee Methodologist (Barista) who shares our dedication to crafting high-end beverages and creating meaningful connections with our guests. At Wake Coffee, we care deeply about the products we make and the experiences we deliver, blending friendliness with professionalism every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Master the Craft: Create exceptional coffee beverages with precision, care, and artistry.
• Elevate Customer Experiences: Build connections with guests by delivering friendly, professional service in every interaction.
• Pursue Excellence: Maintain high standards for drink presentation, quality, and consistency.
• Collaborate: Work as part of a team that values creativity, attention to detail, and a shared love of great coffee.
• Engage in Coffee Methodology: Learn and apply our unique approach to coffee crafting, inspired by cocktail methodology.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for coffee, with a focus on quality and innovation.
• Previous experience in specialty coffee, cocktail bars, or other craft beverage settings is a plus.
• A strong sense of professionalism balanced with a welcoming, friendly attitude.
• Attention to detail and a love for creating beverages that look as good as they taste.
• A desire to grow, learn, and contribute to a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of coffee craft.

** Must be able to work weekends. Shifts during the week are 7 am - 2 pm and weekends are 8 am - 3 pm

**The total take home is based on experience: $16 - $21+ (range includes base + tips average)
