In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing and business units to transform strategic goals into compelling visual concepts that captivate our audience.

Summary

As an Art Director, you’ll lead the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. You’ll bring fresh ideas, modern design techniques, and a strategic mindset to elevate our brand presence. Key Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy & Concept Development – Translate business and marketing goals into visually compelling concepts that engage and inspire.
• Design Execution – Develop high-quality designs across various platforms, including digital ads, websites, social media, trade show assets, and print materials.
• Brand Leadership – Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring visual consistency and excellence across all creative assets.
• Project Management – Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact creative solutions.
• Collaboration – Work closely with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce cohesive and engaging campaigns.
• Innovation & Trend Awareness – Stay ahead of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh perspectives to our brand.
• Communication & Presentation – Effectively present creative concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience – 3–5 years in an Art Director in a healthcare setting (ideally biotech, pharma, etc.)
• Design Expertise – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Eye for Detail – Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Brand Development – Ability to uphold and evolve brand identity while ensuring consistency.
• Creative Vision – A strategic thinker who can conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication – Excellent ability to present ideas, articulate design choices, and work cross-functionally.
• Portfolio – A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, design execution, and a range of creative projects.
